HOW TO DRIVE A ROUNDABOUT
A roundabout is a circular intersection where drivers travel counterclockwise around a center island. There are no halt signs in a modern roundabout. Drivers yield at entry to traffic in the roundabout; then enter the circulatory carriageway and exit at their desired street. Roundabouts decrease severe injury and fatality collisions and can enable drivers to get through intersections more chop-chop.
