I am a value investor, searching for undervalued stocks. I look for securities with prices that are unjustifiably low based on intrinsic worth, estimated by analyzing an issuer’s fundamentals.
I do not back up the efficient market hypothesis. This suggests that stocks always trade at their fair value, making it harder for investors to either buy stocks that are undervalued, or sell them at inflated prices. I believe the market will eventually favor lineament stocks that were undervalued. I am not really concerned with the activities of the stock market, although I “watch” market activity all the time.
